The relationship between identity and neurodivergence is complex and always unfolding. University is also a time to explore our unique place in the world. That’s why finding an encouraging community matters.

MnMs is a student-led collective for neurodivergent students at Monash. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, questioning, late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or still figuring it out, this space is for you.

We exist to foster a supportive, peer-led environment grounded in connection, intercultural understanding, and mutual respect.

We aim to:

• Offer informal social and emotional support;
• Build confidence through neuro-affirming friendships;
• Recognise the diversity of neurodivergent experiences;
• Centre the voices of students from the global majority and queer communities, with an understanding of the intersectional nature of identity;
• Advocate for equitable recognition, access, and inclusion.
