Women in Business Monash (WIB)

Women in Monash Monash (WIB) is seeking affiliation with MSA Clubs & Societies as a new Monash club and we need your help by adding your name as a prospective member.

To indicate your interest in joining this club please select either an MSA+ Membership or Non-MSA Membership (above). 

Note:  there is no cost associated with 'joining' this club at this point. If sufficient expressions of interest to join this club are received by Thursday 23 April 2026, then the new club Applicant Group will contact you via email to invite you to the Inaugural General Meeting (IGM). At the IGM, a committee will be elected to start running the club from Semester 2.  

The main purpose of the club is to advance the education of the students of Monash University by—

1. Introducing students to professional pathways within business-related fields through industry engagement and career-focused initiatives.
2. Developing a strong and supportive community of women and gender-diverse students in business-related disciplines by facilitating meaningful connections with peers, mentors, industry professionals, and women-led businesses.
3. Encouraging confidence, leadership development, and active participation among members by fostering an inclusive environment that supports personal and professional growth.
4. Providing a forum for celebrating diverse expressions of leadership, including femininity, and reinforcing that professional capability is not diminished by appearance or self-expression.
5. Raising awareness of gender inequities and representation gaps within business-related industries and promote constructive discussion on strategies to navigate these challenges.
