Women in Business Monash (WIB)

Women in Monash Monash (WIB) has successfully sought affiliation with MSA Clubs & Societies as a new Monash club.  

We are currently finalising a number of administrative duties and this club will officially launch in Semester 2, 2026.  To become a member of this club please return to this page in the week beginning 20 July 2026. 

Women in Business Monash is established to be a charity whose purpose is to advance the education of the students of Monash University by—

1. introducing students to professional pathways within business-related fields through industry engagement and career-focused initiatives;
2. facilitating leadership opportunities and active participation amongst members by fostering an inclusive environment that encourages personal and professional growth;
3. providing a forum for celebrating diverse expressions of leadership, including femininity, and reinforcing that professional capability is not diminished by appearance or self- expression;
4. raising awareness of gender inequities and representation gaps within business-related industries and promoting constructive discussion on strategies to navigate these challenges; and
5. developing a strong and supportive community of women and gender-diverse students in business-related disciplines and encouraging meaningful connections amongst peers, mentors, industry professionals, and women-led businesses.
