Women in IT Monash (UnITy)

Women in IT (UnITy) is a strong committee of women and allies helping students enrolled in IT to build their careers, confidence, network, seek mentorship and find find their way through tech. Our purposes include:

• Fostering a supportive community for women and non-binary students enrolled in the Faculty of Information Technology;
• Facilitating personal growth and career development for our members;
• Providing structured mentorship opportunities and guidance to help students navigate the unique challenges faced by underrepresented communities in IT;
• Providing appropriate resources that aim to increase the awareness, visibility and involvement of women and non-binary students within IT focused academic and professional spaces.
